Kayak Rolling Clinics in Massachusetts

Participation in a kayak rolling clinic is an integral part of learning to kayak. Practicing kayaking techniques such as rolling makes paddling a joy by lessening the fear and hassle of swimming in whitewater.

Learning to roll your boat effectively and quickly can make you a safer paddler as well as making kayaking more enjoyable.

We offer both winter pool rolling clinics in the Boston area and summer rolling clinics on a pond near the Deerfield River. At Zoar Outdoor, we offer three types of rolling clinics:

Summer Rolling Clinics

• Basic Rolling – 1 day
• Fine tuning your roll – 1/2 day

Winter Pool Rolling – 2 hours per session
